I can remember using it with, potters pink, why? I can't remember but, I'll mix them again and see if it'll jog my memory. I know they will granulate. Age doesn't come on its own :(

I agree about the B&W grey  Robert,  certainly wouldn’t use it even for a battleship , looks ok on the drainpipe attached to my shed.

It’s good to try different things Carol ! I like line and wash sketches but the inability to erase a mistake puts me off sometimes! Today I have sketched in pencil and added watercolour

That looks a lot of work you've put into this one, Gillian, nice work. I did cheat a little bit with the pen and wash. . . I drew it first and then inked it up.

It was a longer than average sketch I must admit but I couldn’t resist it. The bandstand looked so beautiful and the bunting was very small Spanish and Andalucías flags.

The kind of place to sit having a glass or two of something nice, in the shade, taking in the atmosphere. The furthest I've ventured abroad is to Lille, France, many years ago. It was a 'turkey and tinsel' trip, never, never, never again. I'll be visiting again, but to the old part of Lille, and on my own.
