Maybe put more tonic in the gin Robert 🤪 I was looking at some photos and found one taken 6 years ago. It’s my roof terrace so I tried a watercourse sketch.

Very nice Gillian. I've just tried another sketch of the queen but when she was young, about 15. I've still got a bit of messing about to do with it, then I don't know whether to do a line and wash or an oil or even a pastel. I'm not even sure about the likeness but I like the face anyway so I will use it.     I might make it look a bit abstract but I've got the bare bones, what ever I do with it.
