A quick pen sketch use a little white from an a acrylic pen just an imaginary A5  scene.
Practicing figures A5 pen sketch also use my brush fountain pen .
Two very nice sketches Paul
Feeling much better after a health dive, and am about to install a more  approachable photo/picture editor, having spent much of last night removing the ghastly stuff bequeathed to me on the new 'puter: not the builder's fault, I did tell him that I used the pc mostly for word-processing.  So fingers crossed, I shall soon be back - oh you lucky people!
At first glance I thought Paul's boat shed sketch was a Bickley!
Well that’s one hell of a compliment for me and a disappointment for you Tony .
Now for a genuine Bickley… Nearest I can find to Paul’s excellent sketch!
Now this is how it should be done .
I hadn’t put it on for comparison Paul… I wouldn’t do that! Yours is a good solid sketch, just a different style…
I realised that Alan   I wasn’t being serious, yes two different styles of similar subject, your experience of using the pen shows through.
Quick sketch of a seed pod, nature provides some superb ideas for sketching the details in leaves, trees , flowers etc is unbelievable and each one is slightly different, can’t imagine how we could construct some of the wonderful things nature does.
I like that Paul.
