Again, lovely expressive and creative brush strokes.

Deserves more comments than it's received - nothing wrong with changing the scene as you see it: and you've got a strong and effective composition as a result. Like those strong, vibrant darks!

"Road through Bonny Hills" A quiet, residential area. A bit of artistic licence here as the cliff face is not that close to the houses as painted ... but having renewed my aristic licence for the year, I'm making good use of it! The composition would not have been so dramatic had I painted this scene as I saw it. I try to get rhythm into my brush strokes. Too often pigment is applied without life although the colours and tonal areas are fine.
