| | | | 1 Exhibition of members' work at St Aidan's Church Hall, Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee.Mark Jason Gallery unveils popular young Italian artist Michele Del Campo’s new paintings in a second London solo show ‘Close Strangers’ at The Gallery in Cork Street, 28 Cork Street, London W1S 3NG from 28th June until 10th July 2010. Del Campo’s works are widely represented internationally in both private and corporate collections; including Standard Chartered Bank, BWM and Peugeot and in the Museo Grabado San Clemente in Spain. Prices range from £2,500 to £15,000.Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

This exhibition offers a new experience for collectors and a regeneration of the London Art Market, opening its borders to a lesser known school of art which is fast growing in popularity within the Asian market.
An innovative fusion of science and art, resulting from a collaboration between the Oxford Trust, Diamond Light Source and a team of textile artists. Thirty textile panels depicting some dangerously beauitful aspects of nature, including viruses and diseases. 1000 scientists and artists contributed to the translation of the 30 designs into textile art.Brighouse Art Circle is a friendly art society which would love some new members. There is a varied programme, including a popular monthly life model class, demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions. In the summer months there are sometimes afternoon outdoor meetings. The aim of Brighouse Art Circle is to experience a creative pastime and to find a satisfying hobby. New members of any age and ability will be warmly welcomed. Members meet every Thursday evening at 7.30pm at Waring Green Community Centre, Brighouse, West Yorkshire, HD6 2AX.For the first time in Guildford since 2006, Surrey Guild of Craftsmen will be exhibiting work at Guildford House Gallery in The Garden Room from 21 November to 24 December.
With over 120 members, the Guild has been in existence almost 30 years, centred in Milford near Godalming, where many of its members have cooperatively operated their own successful gallery since 1993. The aim of Surrey Guild of Craftsmen is to promote the work of professional craftspeople throughout the county and neighbouring areas.
All the items in the exhibition will be for sale, so it will be a unique opportunity for customers to purchase Christmas gifts at affordable prices direct from the makers. Practitioners hold skills in a wide range of endeavours and include jewelers, potters, silver/goldsmiths, textile artists, makers of contemporary kaleidoscopes and woodworkers; all experts in their field and selected for their innovative styles and fine craftsmanship.

| 5 The Summer Exhibition of the Society of Limners (miniaturists and calligraphers) returns to the John Rank Gallery at The Oxmarket Centre of Arts, off East Street, Chichester for a fortnight from 5 July 2010. Exhibition of members' work at St Aidan's Church Hall, Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee.Mark Jason Gallery unveils popular young Italian artist Michele Del Campo’s new paintings in a second London solo show ‘Close Strangers’ at The Gallery in Cork Street, 28 Cork Street, London W1S 3NG from 28th June until 10th July 2010. Del Campo’s works are widely represented internationally in both private and corporate collections; including Standard Chartered Bank, BWM and Peugeot and in the Museo Grabado San Clemente in Spain. Prices range from £2,500 to £15,000.Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

The aim of Surrey Guild of Craftsmen is to promote the work of professional craftspeople throughout the county and neighbouring areas.

Exhibition of members' work at St Aidan's Church Hall, Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee.Mark Jason Gallery unveils popular young Italian artist Michele Del Campo’s new paintings in a second London solo show ‘Close Strangers’ at The Gallery in Cork Street, 28 Cork Street, London W1S 3NG from 28th June until 10th July 2010. Del Campo’s works are widely represented internationally in both private and corporate collections; including Standard Chartered Bank, BWM and Peugeot and in the Museo Grabado San Clemente in Spain. Prices range from £2,500 to £15,000.Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

With over 120 members, the Guild has been in existence almost 30 years, centred in Milford near Godalming, where many of its members have cooperatively operated their own successful gallery since 1993. The aim of Surrey Guild of Craftsmen is to promote the work of professional craftspeople throughout the county and neighbouring areas.
All the items in the exhibition will be for sale, so it will be a unique opportunity for customers to purchase Christmas gifts at affordable prices direct from the makers. Practitioners hold skills in a wide range of endeavours and include jewelers, potters, silver/goldsmiths, textile artists, makers of contemporary kaleidoscopes and woodworkers; all experts in their field and selected for their innovative styles and fine craftsmanship.

EMMA CARTER known for her evocative and expansive studies, including colourful Abstracts and VAL MORSMAN displaying her delightful innovative Collages full of magic and intrigue. This show will be well worth a visit to the beautiful Estuary town of Kingsbridge, nestling in the South Hams. Open from 10.0am - 4.30pm over four days. Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.

As one of the longest running art and craft festivals in the UK, it brings together hundreds of artists in a vast array of artistic disciplines offering beauty, inspiration and creativity. Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.

Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

Stella Crofts was a ceramic sculptor, especially of animals and birds, whose work was well known between the wars. This unique exhibition, the largest of her work since 1928 takes place just as a revival of interest in her work is taking hold. Shown internationally her pieces were admired for capturing the real character of the subject.This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

| 27 2010 is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Joy Adamson whose work with her husband George Adamson was made famous in the book 'Born Free'. As well as her life in conservation, she was a talented artist. This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

| 30 Summer exhibition and sale of art by local artistsArt in the Open 2010 is a plein air painting festival based in Wexford, Ireland offering 3 days of outdoor painting in good company. There will be a selling exhibition of the work produced with juried awards plus demonstrations, critiques, street cabaret and Irish 'craic' for the weekend. Accomplished artists and novices have the opportunity to work outdoors alongside many other painters, learning from and enjoying the experience.
Wexford is a bustling harbour town close to Rosslare ferryport and 90 minutes drive south of Dublin. The picturesque town of Enniscorthy is situated 12 miles up the River Slaney and in 2010 celebrates 1500 years since its founding by St. Senan in 510 A.D. These locations offer a wide range of subject matter. | 31 I have hired a gallery just off Brick Lane in East London for my first solo exhibition. I have invested a lot of time and money I would therefore appreciate anyone who could take the time out to visit it. This is the first summer exhibition the club has held for many years. In addition, we have a new venue, Otley Courthouse Arts Centre, a fitting venue for the displaying of work by the town’s art club.
The exhibition will run from Monday, 28th June until Saturday, 31st July. It will be open to the public Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm and admission will be free.
Paintings and sculpture by the members will be exhibited. In addition to framed work, most of which will be for sale, there will be the opportunity for the purchase of mounted pictures enabling the buyer to choose their own style of frame. In addition cards/notelets of some of the artists work will be available at a nominal cost of £1 - £1.50 per card.
Our artists work in a variety of medium and styles. This year we are pleased to welcome 2 new artists to our club who will be exhibiting for the first time.
Wire sculptures by Celia Smith make a welcome return to the Lund Gallery this month with a much anticipated second solo exhibition of her work.
Celia draws inspiration from a multitude of birds from, guinea fowl, geese and chickens to moorhens, ducks, rooks and pheasants, for her popular wire sculptures.
This is also a rare chance to view Chris Lewis’s ceramics for both home and garden with a selection of large scale pots and seats on display in the gallery’s newly opened courtyard, as well as smaller pieces all displaying his trademark beautiful rich glazes which give the pots a time worn appearance.

After a thorough introduction you will plan and complete one or more achievable projects. You will learn about:
• the different nature of the materials;
• all the basic techniques to work with both materials;
• which tools are used for wood and stone
• how to create form in wood and stone
• tool sharpening and maintenance
You might want to try both materials or perhaps focus on one that particularly appeals to you. We will be working through on projects during Saturday evening.
