10x8" watercolour. I drew this a year ago then froze artistically. I knew how I wanted it to look but feared ruining it the moment I added brush to paper. Finally with all the recent painting I took the leap.

I'm an 81 year old retired surgeon . Art has been my lifelong obsession away from work and now my main focus in life together with woodwork. I enjoy creating and making in any medium but have always gravitated to drawing and watercolour. I've also had limited training in etching and sculpture.
