Most of my paintings could be roughly grouped under the category of landscapes. Both landscapes and seascapes are clearly my favourite subjects to paint but from time to time I love taking a side-trip into dreamscapes. I’m not entirely sure why but I think it has something to do with the free-wheeling no limit to the imagination approach to creating dreamscapes that I find especially appealing. This painting is probably an example of that wide open go-for-it approach.
