A lovely snippet of a great adventure, with fantastic memories. A fine painting of an ideal world.

A colourful eye catcher for sure and you have portrayed the figures and their perspective with skill considering the slope of the terrain.

What a wonderful adventure Wib, I do admire your sense of adventure. This is a perfect representation of that memory.

Thank you ever so much, Andre, Derek and Fiona.

It's a great achievement to get a hill to look so steep Wib, and I like the sweeping branches.

Bet it was wonderful Wib to be at one with your surroundings, it isn't quite the same viewed through a car or bus window. I will be be walking the hills in Peak District next week can't wait for that fresh air and scenery. This is so colourful and the peacefulness comes through.

Thanks Frank and best of luck with your walk, Carole - sounds really interesting!

A beautiful painting Wib with wonderful colours. I do like the way you have painted your trees, they look quite mystical!

There is something special about non-motorized journeying be it a short distance or across the vastness of a country. A few years ago I cycled across Canada over a two-month period. There was rain and wind, the stunning grandeur of the mountains and the vastness of the plains. Each day was new and special and there were friends with which to enjoy it – perhaps somewhat like the journey through life itself.
