I’ve always found village life to be intriguing with its intricate dance between intimacy (few secrets in a village) and the need for some form of personal privacy. As a village outsider, it may be some time (years) before being considered “one of us”. However, if you’re comfortable with bumping along, then living in a village can be wonderful. “Village Cab” is the second in my little series on villages. The first was “A Village Evening.”
