We are, hopefully, coming to the end of an extremely long and wet winter here in Scotland Wib, so I know the feeling of hope. A delightful picture of optimism.

We’ve had an exceptionally cold spring here in southwestern Ontario. It frequently seems like warm weather and growing things are only distant memory. This painting is a small exercise in “looking forward” with anticipation.
