This is brilliant because it has a greater effect than if it was richly detailed and 'finished'. Its a very impressive painting.

It's like it's a picture of one boat and one bird and the second of each is a shadow. That's the feeling I get especially since the angle of shadow in cases of bird and boat is almost identical. Maybe I read too much into images but art like this appeals to me because it raises questions.

A very quick time-passer . The very simplest sketch can still class as a painting. Anybody struggling for confidence should remember this.
