A really great piece, Peter. I love the positioning of the horse and rider at the one third - one third focus point position, although the horses head is a bit large as Alan has pointed out. You have a great impressionist style, particularly with your seascapes. Love it!

Thank goodness you did keep at it Peter. Did you use painting knives for this? I live near the sea and on a Sunday morning you can see the horse riders galloping in and out of the surf. A wonderful sight!

Thankyou George. Hi Adele - yes I mainly I used a knife including on the horse although it was very fiddly and was scraped off a few times.

Lovely style. Good thick paint strokes and it really works for atmosphere.
