What a great job you’ve made of this Martin - super effect of the sunlight, intricacy of the intertwined branches and the two blue windows - a great idea!

Superb Martin. The two blue windows really add to the painting.

Love the light streaming down the wall and the way the branches spread out in such a lovely way MArtin.

The final effect is amazing 👍

Excellent piece of artwork Martin 😊

Absolutely stunning and masterful piece Martin, love everything about it……a joy to look at.

Not pretty, but damn good! Almost feels like a drypoint etching somehow with the soft edges, impressive piece Martin!

A terrific piece of work Martin has a lovely well worked charm to it.

Fascinating work Martin. What a grip that creeper has on the house.

Fabulous pen and pencil work and that touch of colour on the glazing works a treat

Superb drawing, beautifully done it’s not looking pretty looking but that’s the beauty of it.

Thanks very much for your kind comments Marjorie Spencer Carole PogArt Stephen Fiona Alan Chris Lewis Heather and Dixie. Always appreciated. I’ve never tried drypoint Alan but I know what you mean

I really like this drawing.

It's fabulous Martin. I really like the reflected light on the window. I like how your drawings remind me of etchings - they have a lovely quality about them.

Thanks very much Valerie Thanks Sarah really kind to say so

Impressive work Martin, and certainly a challenge well met.

Thanks for having a look and commenting Tessa

The complexity of this creeper on the cafe wall at Clumber Park in strong sunlight and shade on a curved wall was a challenge I couldn’t resist. Started En plein air and finished at home. I know it’s not pretty but it kept me occupied for a few hours! Fude pen with carbon ink and inktense pencils on Arches not watercolour paper 10x10”
