That is very different, Martin, and most effective!!

What a great way of re-imagining Martin

Nicely done Martin.

I like this ghostly effect you've created Martin.

Love it. This ghostly oak would look great as an illustration for a gothic novel.

What a surprise this painting is. It's stunning: the draftsmanship; the mood; the gentle shift from blue grey to yellow grey; the gradation from soft grey blue into deep, dark night. Don't sell it. Frame it.

Very effective!

Perfect title - one can almost see the tree’s spirit in this painting.

Love this, really effective with its soft colours - and works so well on that rough paper.

Super effective, Martin!

Thanks for all your very positive responses which are totally uplifting. I’d love to see it on a book cover Lew but that’s not likely to happen so I may do as you suggest Lynne and frame it

Missed this Martin - it's great! Love it.
