Very good work Martin. This brings back memories for me, I used to visit factories in the late seventies/ early eighties, progress chasing. I thought great, getting some sunshine! But as you have shown here, very cold and often deep snow in winter! I remember those yellow trams, 40 years later Manchester caught up with it’s own tram system!

My wife asked me to paint a snow scene. She loves trams and Milan and this combines the three. It is only rarely I use someone else’s photos and have to give full credit to the photographer who uploaded it as it was such a fabulous image. Acrylic on canvas 30x20”
