So beautifully done.

Skillfully drawn Frank Lovely.

A lovely view well drawn.

outstanding drawing in every aspect..

Excellent drawing Frank.

Fabulous drawing Frank of a place that evokes many memories. Each year 12 of us would take 120 students to the Newlands Valley, we stayed at Stair and they loved the clean air and activities but especially talked about ‘nipple hill’ I too have crossed this path and walked Causey many, many times. Thank you!

Superb - so beautifully done!!

Beautifully drawn and a lovely scene Frank.

Lovely view beautifully drawn, Frank.

A stunning piece, with excellent tonal work, and great use of marks, lines and textures.

Such a beautiful drawing full of well observed shadows and lovely markings Frank.

Another great and skilled drawing of a beautiful place

As you might guess I know this bridge so well. Brilliantly drawn Frank, shadows, trees and the lovely mountains.

Wow. I really admire your patience. It’s certainly paid off

Thanks to all for taking the trouble to comment. Richard, I guessed you’d know this one, I’ve got more Newlands bridges coming up, watch this space. Carolyn, I also know the adventure centre beside this bridge and we took school parties there when it belonged to the Holiday Fellowship and was run by the genial, lay-back Dennis Bowles. Happy days.

Been up there dozens of times - wish I could still do it!
