Great representation of a busy crowded scene Thalia. Nice work.

That's beautiful, Thalia. It has your trademark liveliness and colour.

This is a complicated scene, well done Thalia.

Love it Thalia, sat and had fish and chips there a couple of years ago 😀😀😀

By the way congratulations on winning in the flower competition, well deserved , Linda 😀

Another vibrant beauty, Thalia, with super Thaliaesque colours. *smile* Very eye-catching indeed. Love it! Bri

.Wow love this Thalia, especially the sweeping curve leading the eye into the painting

Great perspective and composition Thalia, makes a very attractive painting.

Lovely work, Thalia.

Thank you very much, Jim, Lewis, Alan, Linda, Brian, Carole, Tessa and Cesare, you make such kind useful and really helpful comments. I really appreciate them all. Thank you Linda...I was speechless when I heard from Dawn as I've never won anything ever before!!! Yeah, i know that fish and chip shop, too! I of course had a veggie burger but hubby said the fish was excellent!

This is gorgeous Thalia, marvellous perspective and the composition is fab. Congrats on winning in the flower comp.

Love it Thalia. I enjoy any painting of boats when they are well painted like this one.

Stunning effects Thalia, the light and colours are beautiful.

Like the bold composition and vibrant colours in this, Thalia, especially that orange/green combination.

I know this view quite well, and you've pulled it off nice work...

I really love this, Thalia. Quite complicated to paint, I imagine ,with the number of boats. A cracker.

Know it well Thalia,no pun intended. I have spent many a happy hour painting there, you have captured the jumble created by the boats so well.

Oh, thank you Margaret [I was stunned to say the very least at winning as there were so many other worthy entrants!] also that's a really kind comment, Thank you, Dorothy, Fiona, Jenny, Alan, Seth and Barry, These comments are really helpful. I only wish I'd had time to paint plein air there. So many magical scenes in Norfolk...and Suffolk too!

Very exciting visually Thalia - full of energy and vibrancy.

Love it :)

Painted a couple of years ago now after a short visit to Norfolk, this is a water colour on beautiful HP Khadi paper, not the easiest of papers, but produces some lovely effects...sometimes!!!
