I had to wait for the sun to cast shadows on this to create a more interesting scene, and for people to pass by the building. These are lovely old buildings in Republik Street, the main street in Rabat, some...in fact the ones just to the right of where I was painting, are unloved and uncared for. Such a shame! This was painted from my stall in Villa Rundle again.
