Lovely, sunny painting Thalia. I especially like the white stone structure in the background which makes the hedge and tree stand out.

Thank you, everyone for your kind observations. Finding it hard to paint at the moment...we have a heatwave...37C in the shade. I have painted a similar picture of this lovely old doorway in Mdina, the Silent City, before. However, this is more detailed and larger, 11x7ins, and I felt that putting a few people added interest.
