Thank you very much Seth, yes Alan, hubby hated the original, much better now that the dreaded pedalos have sunk beneath the gouache! Indeed, Stephen, I was truly amazed at how they just melted away...I did sponge them out first. Do try it and show us the results! Thank you Margaret, it's Cyan, with a touch of Titanium added

This is the repaired first painting of Xlendi from the Nun's pool steps! I sponged out the pedalos and put gouache in varying shades of purple and blue. Have not used this kind of medium before, only ever ticked in with white thick gouache. Comments appreciated as usual!
