This is lovely Sylvia, watercolour crayon sounds interesting looks like it gives strong deep colours!

I really like this. It looks very textured and the colours are lovely and vivid.

Sounds lovely Sylvia, hope that you had a good time! I do like the colours that you've used here.

What a lovely, graphic, sketch. It feels very immediate. And good news re. the midges!

A real sense of place in this one - and what a place - nice one Sylvia

Thanks for looking and making comment, yes Michael it is a special place.

Wonderfully pre-historic looking, if that makes sense. Dramatic.

Lovely! We stayed for a week at a cottage near Rodel. Saw seals & a family of eagles!

On Harris in the Outer Hebrides last week. Found myself a little hummock of grass above these rocks.. Suddenly I heard a splash and a lone seal was fishing off them. A bit of magic. This is Koh I Nor ink with watercolour crayon. I have found some A3 Moleskine books with super paper. Oh and we did not encounterANY midges.
