Don't do that Sylvia; they're beautiful! I love the detail in the foliage too.

Very nice Sylvia 😊

The poppies just starting to flower are really good Sylvia, definitely worth saving.

Don't rub it off Sylvia, this is very good.

Lovely job here Sylvia, my favourite plant, or is that sunflowers? Well I like both of course! Both great to paint! I’ve just bought some dried poppies for a still life… really expensive and not as big as I’d expected… supposed to be xxl size! I’ll see what I can do with them shortly.

Lovely expressive piece Sylvia. Love the spattering.

Don't wash it off, Sylvia. It is great!

I love the energy in this painting, really good Sylvia

Awe thank you every one ,such lovely comments. I will put it away for a while.

A wonderful poppy display Sylvia. You underestimate your talent, they are superb.

Ooooooh Carole...thank you.

Loving the textures, Sylvia, as well as the contrast in colour. Very expressive.

Gerry and Spencer, thanks. I've fixed it and it's now in a folder. So will ignore it for a while.

Very appropriate on Armed Forces day! I’m wearing a poppy T shirt. Beautiful!

Oh this is beautiful 😍 I see poppies loads at the moment just beauties 🥰

Linda and Faye...thanks.

I love them…..don’t wash it off.

Ellen I won't. Too many people have said not to 🙃

I look forward to your yearly poppy extravaganza Sylvia, and you haven’t let us down! It’s a beautiful and showy as the flower itself……it’s gorgeous.

Vibrant and lively! What more do we want? No washing off Sylvia 😍

Very lively work Sylvia, love the splatter. Too good to wash off!

Fiona, Carole and Val...I can't wash it off now as I've used a fixative on it. So it's in a folder. Thanks for nice comments.

Poppies have been amazing this year. I've done this on Yupo paper A3. Might decide I don't like it and just wash it off.
