Its a lovely peice, I especialy like the water, such nice soft colours.

Great work Sylvia ! Very evocative of the place. Very well executed.

Thank you Karleen and Beatrice.

Wow, Sylvia, the contrasts make the whole thing zing, can smell the trade winds!

Agree with colleen. This evokes exactly the sort of place I imagine when I think of Tobago. Lovely painting, crisp and clean. Must have been a great holiday!

Hi Sylvia how beautiful this is...lovely sea and trees...what a lovely morning walk

I wouldn't call that photographic. it's much warmer and subtler than that. One, if I may say so, of your best.

You've captured the colours and feel of the place beautifully

It has been sitting gathering dust for ever, thanks everyone it might now see the light of day.

And rightly to lovely calligraphic branches.

By magic. You have conjured a wispy of feathery tropic breeze tickling azure cheeks above shadowy palms, soft sand warmed by by smiling hours, and wet whispers of distant surf. As I step through your remarkable vision into paradise.

I like this one James

Oh Rod are u sure you are not the REAL Rod Stewart????

Lovely work, Sylvia love your Little Rockley Bay. Keep up the good work. Bill Truslove

Hadn't seen this before but I like it very much. Particularly at this time of the year - Burnham-on-Sea in February does not look like this!

I have my sun cream and straw hat packed, I want to go there. The colours and atmosphere are better than anything you can get with a camera, lovely work. Thankyou for the comments on 'Lively'

The essence of light that you have captured here Sylvia has made me take a breath. The openong to go down to the beach almost reaches out to you as somehow it seems faded around the edges creating that sense of morning - I love that. Thank you.

love this one , and thanks for your lovely comment

oh wow, your very own paradise beach, lucky you. The painting is brilliant.

Looks idyllic

I had a look at your portfolio, Sylvia and this is one of my favourites. A painting with a lot of memories and a history. Love it.

Great realism to this scene sylvia. The colours are amazing. Sky blue is such a vibrant colour.

Had a lovely holiday in Tobago some years ago, this was part of our morning walk . Acrylic onto a canvas . A bit photographic for me, but brings back happy memories.
