Nostalgia - painted from an old black and white photo. This is me and my sister standing in the front garden of our house, wearing our Sunday best clothing. Note the privet hedge and old wooden gate, everyone seemed to have those then😅 Aah such days of innocence when we could actually go out to play on our own! Painted in acrylics, and made with love, as a gift for my sister.

In late 2017 I joined an acrylic art class as a beginner and I've been painting ever since. I particularly enjoy impressionism, expressionism and fauvism and a lot of my art work reflects this. I also enjoying painting portraits. I would like to thank all POL members who help and encourage me.
