this painting was a Christmas gift to a close family friend in Lancashire. i stayed with them and just loved the place as they built the house themselves. my painting uses acrylic paints. i have used glass powder gel for the windows, sand gel for the entrance sand, and other standard glazes. They obviously loved the painting as it now stands framed in their hallway. The frame was made in Mumbai and the work couriered to them. Incidentally, i saw that there is a flash reflection. i had not taken a photograph of the painting after finishing it, so this is part of the learning process we all go through!
