Love the colours you use very serene, aiming to put more people in my paintings like your figures very much not too much detail, but expertly done, love it

Beautiful colours and reflections. Her partner long gone, or will he be back?

Superb, Stephen, as always.

I see you've left us to put our own ending to this love story, very clever. Brilliantly painted, super reflections, I just wish I could get to Norwich to see them in the flesh. Good luck with the exhibition.

A lovely finale. Is she still hoping he will appear or do I get the distinct feeling that she is now more relaxed.

Has he gorn...... ? Well, she's probably well rid of him.

Sandra..so many thanks.

Fred..long gone lol..thank you.

Lionel..you are very kind

Carole..the ending is with the viewer...:o) thank you.

Robert..what can I say ???/

Missed this one earlier- lovely painting I want a happy ending!

Fantastic painting Stephen - of the three this is the one I like most. The relaxed pose, the reflections in the wet sand and the colours touch something inside. Like Glennis, I would have liked a happy ending, but perhaps this is the happy ending - she's better off without him and knows it deep in her heart...maybe... Perhaps we should all try and write the short story now; I wonder how many different versions there would be.

Superb adition to your great gallery Stephen

Happy ending, beautiful painting Stephen!!

Jane..thank you so much.
