The shadows at this time of year can be very long and strong. These are great stephen, they give a feeling of that low weak sunlight.

Many thanks everyone for your encouraging comments. I am quite lucky that I live a couple of minutes walk away from a park, which has some areas with lots of trees, rather than just fields. Which was good yesterday, as it very coooold!

Had a rather bracing walk walk through the park yesterday and took a few photos, it was cold but the sunlight was quite intense, casting strong shadows.
