She does have a slight look of Tammy Wynette but I'm mot saying that's who it is. She certainly looks familiar.

You ask a difficult question Linda. I would put it away for a week then get it out and then the painting itself will tell you what might need attention. The only thing I would say is that background right for such a sunshine filled subject? A sunshine filled lady.

Don't know the lady even though you've now given her name, but I do like your painting.

It's a lovely portrait. hadn't heard of Sheree Valentine Danes, so looked up er artwork and was very pleasantly surprised.

I suspected that if I put her outside in a landscape, the lighting would obviously be wrong. I suppose I should have played around with photoshop first. If anyone could suggest a better background colour, I would be all ears.
