Very very nice Skylar ( she says in understated English fashion ) - there is a lovely stillness, the reflected blue on the table is gorgeous. Like it a lot.

Seth - Thank you! This idea came from my looking thru my collection of refs (In newspapers, we call that the "Morgue".) I knew I wanted to do a painting of sunflowers, but wasn't set on the approach, til I ran across a group of photos of abandoned buildings...

The light in this is fantastic Skylar. The corner of the room reminds me of one Vermeer used a lot in his paintings.

It works really well Skylar, the combination of light and vase took contrasted with the wall caught my eye immediately.
