I think the experiment is really working well

Interesting experiment, Seok, lovely result! I love all forms of printing. (How many plates did you use for this?)

Thanks Heather and Jenny!nI used three plates - one for the background, one for the white part of the dog and one for the brown parts. My mini printing press has finally arrived, so hopefully, there will be new possibilities!

Well this is a lovely print Seok! I have a couple of etching presses of different sizes, the results cannot be replicated by painting. I’ve got a six month old Blue whippet, they have such great faces to capture.

What a great experiment, Seok, with beautiful result. Keep on going!

Oh Seok, this is just wonderful! I love it!

Love it.

I haven't seen your prints for a while, Seok. This one is so attractive. Is it the same dog?

Hello Jonny. It look a good technique Seok.

Superb print Seok. I’ve always admired your printing skills.

Love the effects of this print . Jonny looks cold with his ears back . Excellent

Thank you very much, everyone! Alan, I'd love to see your painting of your boy - he must be fabulously fun at that age! Congratulations! Life is not the same without them! Marjorie, yes, for my previous whippet print, it was Jonny too.

Works very well Seok, love your whippets!

A lovely print, Seok - and a lovely dog!

Thank you, Carole and Anne!

Just seen this on Twitter, missed it on the gallery! It’s fantastic, I’ve missed the whippets!

Thank you very much, Christine!

A super result Seok, lovely expression and use of colours.

Thanks very much, Anjana!

This works so well, you just want to pet him .

Thanks very much, Blanche!

Oil-based ink print on Chinese rice paper, using foam sheets to create the printing plates. Currently experimenting with different combinations of printing plates and backgrounds to create a series of whippet prints.
