What a wonderful dog! Such a noble face, which you have captured wonderfully. Great painting which I bet the owners are over the moon about.

Thank you very much, Thea!

A lovely painting of a very happy looking dog. All your dogs have great expression in their eyes which you have captured so well, lovely characters.

Thank you very much, Annette!

He is so fluffy and gorgeous, well painted.

Thanks very much, Carole!

I think you have captured him so well , he looks as though he knows he's the champ,

He looks very pleased with himself, and so should you be, he's lovely.

This is stunning Seok. I have yet to paint a portrait of an animal, although a Doctor friend has sent me a photograph of his two black cats to paint...but it is awful! If I ever do paint an animal, I'll look at your work for inspiration.

Thank you very much for your kind comment, Stephen! And I am sure you will do very well when you start with your first animal painting - I look forward to seeing it!

Seemed appropriate to reply to you on here LOL. The dogs I keep painting are Norwegian Elkhounds, national dog of Norway and dog of the Vikings. Primarily used to tracking moose in Norway and then barking and holding it at bay until the hunter gets there. They have to be incredibly agile to avoid the flying hooves of the enormous moose. Correct translation of their name should really be moose dog.

This is a wonderful wolf ! Thank you wery much for your comment.

Thank you very much, Beniita!

I love this wolf, seok. I had to find you, cos you know a lot about art. I'm feeling extremely anxious because a gentlleman in Malaysia , who buys artwork has contacted me, he wanted to see some of my paintings, so I've emailed half a dozen to him.. I'm not at all professional, and I feel he'll be disappointed.. It feels like waiting for an exam result, but, if he happened to like them it would fire me up to start painting again, as I'd kind of lost heart, if you know what I mean. I hope ypu don't mind me telling you about it, but, I sense that you are a very empathic lady. Best wishes, Benita.

Wonderful painting Seok, very life like.

Thank you very much, Pete!
