Reading your description Sarah…we had a visit from some fieldfares to our garden a few years ago - from Scandinavia apparently. And yes, Sylvia, they stripped the bushes of berries within a matter of an hour or so. A lovely painting Sarah - Happy Christmas to you too!

Love seeing these birds when they arrive in their large flocks in the winter, along with Red Wings……they are very fond of the Rowan berries here. A really beautiful painting Sarah especially against the background , shows him off a treat! Merry Christmas and all the best for 2024.
