Autumn Forest

This is wonderful, Satu and I think you have achieved all you set out to do. So hard to do a forest without it looking heavy, but you have managed to convey the denseness of the trees in a light and subtly colourful way.

Satu, I really love this, one of your best! The colours, the atmosphere, everything, it's brilliant!!

The coolness is the first feeling I got Satu, (did you use cerulean blue) it's also got that clean, crisp freshness of an Autumn/winter woodland scene.

Thea, Christine, Fiona, Louise, Gudrun, Pat and Jane. Thank you so very much for your lovely, encouraging comments! Fiona, I first covered the board with warm grey and then for the sky I used Cobolt blue mixed with white and a little bit of grey. All done with a palette knife, again!
