My young badger cub is finished! This painting is based on a reference image by the talented Steve Owen whose patience really paid off capturing this beautiful little face. I've adapted the image to not include all of the undergrowth and greenery surrounding him as I wanted to portray a really pure representation without the distraction of anything else. 'Young Explorer', oil on board, 12 x 12". I hope you all like him. The original will be available to purchase once dried, varnished and framed.
