Thank you all. There was no reference picture for this one. I painted over a sunset I did not like. I remember a vision from a trip to the Dominican republic when the sun broke out after a bout of rain and we went for a walk on the beach.

That's terrific Sam, lovely colour palette and the addition of the two figures and sea birds really makes it a special painting. Everything positioned just right!!
