Certainly worth persevering with Bob. I love it!

Your hard work was worthwhile, this is wonderful.

Beautifully painted. (I love Richard Thorn’s work.)

Well done for keeping going and achieving a lovely result, without it looking over-worked - always a delicate balance in watercolours.

A lovely balance in your painting Bob…..love your tree’s.

This is an absolute delight Bob. Wonderful sense of place and the carpet of bluebells is superb.

The spattering has paid off Bob. It works great.

People often say "less is more" (very often as if they were the first people to think of it, which can get annoying!) but it's not always true; sometimes you have to keep going, even if you're accused of "fiddling". You did, and it's worked.

Thank you so much for your encouragement and kind comments everyone.

This is so effective to convey the bluebells. Well done for persevering.

Love it, great sense of depth and the spattering works very well.

Smashing, glad you persisted

All good practice.
