A lovely sunlit piece. The reflection is beautifully done.

I like this very much - fresh colours and interesting marks - the neutral tint seems to have worked well, but is not obvious. Like the purples and bright yellows.

I like this very much too. Caught my eye.

Lovely reflections and I love the range of colours on the trunks.

Thank you for your kind comments folks, I have only just thought out how I can say this by using one of my own, as I'm newish to Painters Online !

This is lovely! Especially the foreground area which I find engaging if that's the right word.

Once I was happy with the appearance, I applied a wash of neutral tint over the parts that I wanted to have a darker tone. I used my normal palette, but for a change used Winsor Blue instead of Cerulean, and Indigo for some of the darker parts of the water and reflections. The paper was Arches Not 140lb for a change from Khadi.
