I was looking through Tim Wilmot's videos on YouTube, and found a scene that he painted using Google Street View. I found this view of a Devon lane, using the same method, and sketched it first to see if it would work. I added in the trees on the left, growing out of the hedgerow to make it a bit more interesting. The paper was again Khadi (an Indian Cotton Rag paper...used quite a lot by Richard Thorn, a wonderful Devon artist), and the palette of colours was pretty normal ...however, as I did this about 6 weeks ago, I've now forgotten the exact ones I used.
