Who says grey ponies have to be grey?! This is a watercolour painting using three blues to paint the pony: Cerulean, Ultramarine Blue and Cobalt Violet. As usual, I couldn't resist the temptation to fiddle, so it finished off with my favourite non-bleed white. Painted from Gary Jones' wonderful reference photo found on PaintMyPhoto.
