Well, I love industrial scenes Roland, and would love to see more and this is a well painted scene, which has now disappeared. love the clouds breaking into the hill top also.

Very well painted, Roland, very accurate drawing and great sky.

Lovely colours, very reminiscent of David Bellamy.

One of your trademark skies Roland, you have made even an industrial scene seem romantic.

Wonderfully painted piece, the details are intriguing. Beautifully composed, with accents in all the right places.

Beautiful luminous sky Roland lights an industrial scene with beauty and your great soft hard edge transitions. Superb

Super sky Roland, love the reflections in the water, and the details in the buildings.

A really interesting industrial scene Roland. Love how the sky sweeps over the hills.

Splendid painting Roland , beautifully composed and rendered , that puddle in the foreground is inspired .

Even your industrial scenes have a softness Roland. There is nothing hard or intimidating about this at all.

Roland even your industrial scenes have an intrinsic beauty.Love that red-grey sky melting into the hill beyond.

A lovely scene Roland!

Irelands largest sugar beet processing plant. Sorry to say but since this painting was done the Carlow Sugar Factory now ceases to exist. All that remains is the tall kiln which still dominates the Carlow skyline. Think they call that progress! One of my very few industrial watercolours.
