This is absolutely stunning. I love the lilac shades, so unexpected but by goodness, don't they work well. Your choice of greens harmonise and contrast so well. One of your very best I feel.

I hadn't immediately recognised this painting as one of yours Robert as the palette is so different. I like them both very much, this one is more defined and the landscape one has a lovely muted feel to it. Beautiful, both of them!

I didn't recognise this as one of yours to begin with Robert, noticed the style but not the palette. It was your little friend with the long tail that did it! Lovely pastel shades that work really well for this kind of subject.
