A bit bleached out by the flash, because I can't photograph it outside in natural light in this foul weather: but you'll get the idea.

Looks very cold and windy but the spring sun is giving a timid promise for better days. Great painting Robert!

Lovely work! I like your greens.

A very well composed and painted landscape Robert,

A lovely painting Robert. Love the composition and how it draws the eye in and holds it.

Beautiful spot. I must have missed that view the last time I went to visit.

Pat - I wouldn't take it to be a fantastically accurate topographical representation..... I change everything as it suits me; although this isn't a million miles out.

Great texture and movement as always Robert. A cool view, I need my coat and hat to look at this brrr. ps, The program is certainly topical amongst the artys, if you know what I mean!

Super piece, Robert. The textures and the atmospheric perspective are beautifully rendered.

This is SO much better a reproduction of my painting than was possible on the old site - if only you could sell from POL, I'd almost buy this one myself.... Which would be a bit silly, now I come to think of it. Still: this clarity of reproduction justifies all the changes to POL in itself - an excellent step forward, that makes me grateful for the opportunity given us to show our work here.

40 by 30cm, acrylic on canvas board. Just to prove I've not spent all my time moaning about the BBC's painting programme.
