Robert, I hope you made it through the storm okay, I see some of the highest wind speeds were recorded in your area. There will be lots of opportunity to paint many more scenes like this one this morning I should think!

I can see the idea of framing the scene with the two trees and giving you a good view point through to the coast line. Lovely work. :-)

Paul - I value all criticism and comment on here; I've learned a lot from both. Your comments mean quite a lot, even so, because I think you have an instinctive sense of composition and colour which most of us have to struggle for decades to learn.
