what an exciting image, it evokes so much through the use of colour and composition, but basically is a very eyecatching little piece of art, well done

Robert, I love this one. I do not know the right words to say.. but feel like a sophisticated music peice. It has extraordinary structure, melody and expression, and very comprehensive piece.

Wow Robert, this is soooo beautiful. And a picture with a story. I love the details on the trees and the grasses. Really stunning!!

Elemental and mystical - a portal to some other place. Very engaging, Robert

This is really lovely Robert. I love the contrast between the detail and depth of colour in the trees (especially the ivy covered one) and the delicate lilacs and blues hues of the distance. Great. jx

Interesting painting especially with your account of the scene. Very sad but not much we can do about sea erosion. On a much lighter note, I think I would love to walk this lovely path down to the sea it looks so inviting Robert.

This picture really stands out on the page. I have spent ages when I should be painting (walls not pictures) peering into it and enjoying it. Thank you for showing what exellence can be done with acrylics.

Very nice Robert. The foreground detail is lovely. Perhaps I should go to this place and check that it really is here! :) Also, I wont want to buy it as I think your price might be extortionate !!! Seriously though, it's a very nice painting and good colour.

I really like your descriptive mark making it gives movement and texture to the painting

There is so much colour going on here..I think it is great!

I like the way this painting leads the eye towards the distance. Great sense of depth and lots of twisty bits :)

Congrats for making the Top Ten this month. Super painting, really interesting textures and colours - I can see exactly why it got so many viewings.

Congrats Robert, I always liked this one and so did alot of other people!

You don't post many Robert but they are worth waiting for ,as your top ten position proves, Sincere Congratulations.

Congratulations on your top ten this month, beautiful painting, well done

another fantastic piece of work....love it....

I love the way this pulls me in to a fantastical world.
