Hy Ray, This is truely lovely and fresh. The colours are very pure. The texture of the paper has been used so well. I am not l familiar with different kind of papers at all. What paper is it?

Hi Olga - here I have used a very cheap 90lb NOT paper from WH Smith - a birthday present. It is only an A5 size pad. I normally use 140lb Bockingford for sketches - about 10x7 or A4. For 'finished' paintings I tend to use Arches or Saunders Waterford 140lb NOT or occasionally ROUGH. I seldom use heavier paper. I don't bother to stretch paper. I use a mix of Windsor & Newton and Rowney paints - all Artist quality - depends which ones are available at the time.
