Looking good for the Mojo Val, where did it go? I lost mine for over a year with an accident, but it's nearly back, so keep trying.

Definitely not bin material, Val! Love the mellow atmosphere and the contrast of warm and cool colors. Super work!

Love your perspective of the road Val seems I am travelling along it! Soft beautiful landscape.

Hi Val, great minds think alike, I have just added my latest pet pastel portrait as well today, this is excellent pastelwork, really super to see other pastelwork on the site especially when it is a full blown landscape like this, great work!

Wonderful scene (and I can see the monument in the far distance). I love your smooth treatment of the painting and also your choice of composition. That undulating road is wonderful for leading the eye right into the painting and you sunlit tree is superb.

What a lovely pastel painting Val. As Thea said the composition and the road leading into the distance are very well done. Beautiful!

Thank you so much Derek, Seok, Carole, Ros, Thea and Christine. I've attempted this scene numerous times in watercolour and failed miserably so, even though this isn't perfect, I'm glad I tried it in pastel.

Beautiful pastel painting

Thank you Glennis, much appreciated.

Looking along the Ochils to the Wallace Monument in the distance (if you can make it out lol ) First in a while that's not been binned, hopefully I'm getting my mojo back. Thanks for looking, comment and critique welcome.
