A beauty John clever stuff

Sureal-esque but calm and makes a lovely picture.

lovely depth & tone john

I love this simple, very traditional landscape John. The soul is resting looking at it.

I think this is a special piece John, the contrast between the threatening sky and 'white' corn is wonderful. I would love to see a bigger version, a series perhaps? I think you could sell them very easily!!

I always love dark skies on light land, very dramatic John.

All you need now is an elephant! But lovely without!

Thank you Dennis, Willie, Derek, and Satu. Carole. Thanks for your thoughts on this piece Russell. Linda you will have to explain. Your comments folks are very much appreciated.

I love it when that happens, well captured John.

Great light,as in the dark but bright spell just before the heavens open, you've captured it perfectly, great textures also but for me it's the light...wonderful.

Very dramatic and wonderful contrasts John. The threatening sky and the lighting on the corn, beautifully done.

Lovely contrasts in this John and the textures add that bit extra.

Very ominous and threatening, John, well done!

Oil on canvas board. 8X6 inches. The sky went dark and the landscaped changed colour. The corn looked almost white.
