This is a super drawing. Interesting how you changed the background, it all works seamlessly. Your thought that you wished you’d changed the leg position will be familiar to us all, there’s often something we wished we’d done differently. But no problem here, this is top notch work.

Excellent drawing John.

You did a fantastic job of this.

Good drawing John

Superb sketching.

Beautiful work John. The tones are wonderfully varied and the background so detailed.

This is brilliant, you have drawn the horse really well, not an easy subject.

Thank you Lewis, Denise, Jen, Heather, Russell, Stephen, Mary and Paul. Your comments are very much appreciated.

This is a still capture screen shot from a video about farming. The background was just a brick wall. I changed it to give the composition a better sense of space and depth. It was enjoyable to draw like filling a jigsaw puzzle. An after thought was I should have moved one of the horses front legs back to make a better display of the legs. The medium is graphite pencil on cartridge paper size A3.
