Blakney point

You seem to have gone for focusing on the middle distance. My personal preference is to focus on the foreground, so in my view needs more overdoing in the foreground, but that is only my humble opinion.

It is a lovely watercolour painting. Sorry haven't got the technical terms to comment, just I like what I see.

Great feeling of the vast landscapes in that part of the world. I know Blakeney very well and I feel that you have understood how to convey the atmosphere of the place admirably. Really nice work.

These are so much matters of personal taste: you've not overdone the foreground for me - others may prefer a more free, or more vague, interpretation. Some like loose, some like detail, and I like the point in between at which they meet.

This works for me too - it is very difficult to convey the feeling you have and what you see in a landscape like this. I think you have captured it very well.

Hard to know which of your fantastic gallery to choose but the colours in this have to be my favourite. Superb work. I take it you are professional?
