I must have used a selection of about 60 to 70 pencils on this picture, but never recorded what was used where, as I tend to draw from instinct, or commonly known as, gut feeling and tend to reach for pencils that I think will give me what I strive for. This picture is pure CP. Picture size 10"(25cm) x 16"(40cm) using Daler Rowney H/W 220gsm cartridge paper, Derwent Coloursoft, Artist and Polychromos pencils.
